Please include the provided Return/Exchange form. For exchanges, please provide a complete description of the item desired, including size and color. If the item is unavailable, your account will be credited and you will be contacted via email.
Your approved exchange will not be processed until we have received your original order.
For remaining balances on exchanges your original credit card used for purchase will be credited, less shipping charges one week following the exchange approval.

SHIPPING RATES AND PROCEDURES TOP
We use USPS for our US shipping methods. We are only able to send to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses using USPS. We require delivery confirmation for all deliveries.
ORDER PROCESSING TOP
Orders placed Monday through Friday before 2:00 pm PST will be processed and shipped that day. Orders placed Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following Monday. Order processing will not take place on major US holidays.
CANCELING/MODIFYING AN ORDER TOP
Once your order has been submitted any modifications or cancellations must be made prior the order being processed and shipped. Please email info@thespecialtee.com for any change requests.
ORDER FULFILLMENT TOP
Items are not guaranteed; if an item is sold out the customer will be notified immediately via email. Orders with sold out items will either be voided or the amount of that item will be credited back to the original card, and the order will be sent partially fulfilled.
